I’m a 72 y/o female and I’ve known this trainer for many years. I train with Charles because he is honest, decent and never leaves me feeling like I don’t get a full work-out. While he sticks to business he is still friendly and encouraging and also listens to suggestions I might have. He watches me carefully as he knows I have a fear of falling and always takes care for my back, knees, and hips. He works especially hard with my right shoulder which I fractured years ago. This shoulder has been able to regain some increased motion and even my dance teacher has noticed. Charles keeps my workouts interesting and I can always count on him to do the very best for me. Charles is clean and professional in appearance, and appropriate in conduct and conversation. He is continually studying to improve his already expert training knowledge and skills and keeps himself in commendable physical shape. One of my favorite things about Charles is that he always checks my form while I am doing the prescribed exercise and reminds me when I slip in that area. Lazy trainers do not do that. Charles works hard. He is super in all areas.

Charles is an excellent personal trainer. I had my first Free Hour session with Charles and I was convinced Charles could help me strengthen my core and improve my balance issues. I’ve trained at a lot of different health clubs over the years, but I’ve never had a trainer like
Charles! He doesn’t just put you on a treadmill and leave; he sets up the equipment, demonstrates the motions, spots, observes, and critiques and corrects your form. He knows when it’s time to add more weight to your exercises, and he has a sense of humor, too! I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s the best!
