The site describes personal training, semi-private training, online programs, nutrition guidance, health coaching, and mobility and recovery coaching. A consultation request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or purchase. Services begin after availability, suitability, pricing, and any required client agreement are confirmed. Your separate service agreement or checkout terms govern the program you purchase.
Purchases and participation
Review the program description, equipment needs, duration, price, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation and refund terms before purchasing. One-time CoachRX programs are separate from recurring coaching subscriptions. For ongoing coaching, follow your signed service agreement. Contact Charles about payment, program access, scheduling, cancellation, or refund questions before committing.
Coaching and website content provide fitness and general wellness education. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Discuss medical conditions, injuries, medications, and exercise restrictions with your healthcare professional before starting. Exercise carries risks. Stop if you feel unwell and seek appropriate care. Complete any required intake and informed-consent forms before training. Results vary with individual circumstances and participation; no specific result is guaranteed.
Website use and support
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Keep member login details secure. Comments or profile details you make public may be visible to other visitors. Website and program materials are for personal use; do not redistribute or sell materials without permission from the rights holder.
CoachRX, social platforms, and external retailers operate under their own terms and policies. Product purchases from external retailers are handled by those retailers. Website information and these terms may be updated; changes do not replace an existing written service agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.
